Really? I actually tried watching the first episode of that show and I couldn't really get into it. I know, I know, you shouldn't ever judge a show based on the pilot alone, but I wasn't in the mood to invest in something new, I guess. I'll have to fix this.

I feel like it starts off a little slow because I remember ep 1. But Phryne is just such a bad ass. And if you didn't get to the bits with Detective Inspector Jack... i mean, yum.

Oooh, I'm always into a handsome detective... I love crime solving shows, so it's definitely going back on my watching list! Right now I'm finally watching Psych from start to finish because I've always just seen sporadic episodes and I love it, and I'm a big believer in following a show in its entirety.

Well, Elementary (though I only saw part of the first season because CBS sucks about streaming), and Miss Fisher's, and Murdoch Mysteries, and House, and Bones, and I think Psych is probably technically Sherlockian. Murder She Wrote, sort of.

Oh, Psych has gotta be Sherlockian, now that you mention it. There's definitely Sherlock and Watson vibes from the two main characters. I want to see alllllll of these now.

I remember watching it when I was super little. I think my mom was into it. But I only remember little snippets, and that Angela Lansbury was a badass.
